To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, and to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules. By booking your stay with us, you agree to these terms. Check-In/Check-Out * Check-In Time: [4::00 PM] * Check-Out Time: [11:00 AM] * Please inform us in advance if you anticipate any changes to your arrival or departure times. * Late Check-Outs/Early Check-ins: Subject to Availability - A $50 upcharge may be assessed Occupancy *The maximum number of guests is limited to 10 unless otherwise agreed upon. Smoking *Smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and marijuana, is strictly prohibited inside the property. * A designated smoking area is available in the backyard; please use this space for all smoking activities. * NOTE: Violation of this policy will result in a $350 fine to cover deep cleaning costs. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment Pets * Pets are welcome with prior approval and a non-refundable pet fee of [$50] Noise and Neighborhood Courtesy * Please keep noise levels down between [10:00 PM] and [8:00 AM] out of respect for our neighbors. * Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited unless previously agreed upon with the host and in writing. Parking * Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles: 2 in front of the house and 2 in the back driveway. Cleaning and Maintenance * Please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. * Garbage should be disposed of in the designated bins, and dishes should be washed. Safety and Security * Ensure the property is locked when leaving. * Do not share access codes or keys with anyone not staying at the property. * Familiarize yourself with the location of fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and emergency exits. Amenities Usage *Please use all amenities responsibly, including appliances, furniture, and electronics. Instructions for the use of specific amenities will be provided, if necessary. Internet Usage * Free High-Speed Wi-Fi is provided for guests. The network name and password will be shared upon arrival. * Illegal downloading or any activity that violates local laws is strictly prohibited.
